I. Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for remote or on-site guidance for users in product installation and debugging, as well as training;

2. Responsible for project agreement requirement development and debugging;

3. Assist in writing product specifications and technical solutions for the company's products;

4. Launching new products based on their performance, and responsible for creating training courses and conducting training;

5. Complete other daily work arranged by the leader.

II. Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in electronics, with more than 1 year of work experience, excellent fresh graduates are also acceptable

2. Those who can communicate in business English and understand Cantonese are preferred

3. Good learning ability, execution ability, communication ability, sense of responsibility, team spirit

4. Experience in software and hardware testing, operation and maintenance of electronics and communication is preferred

5. Knowledge of serial port communication, use and operation of databases, CAD/VISIO drawing software, and familiarity with general instructions for Linux operating systems;

6. Able to travel for short periods of time and provide technical support.
